Employee Name
The name of the employee that was entered in the Profile view of the Card Information window appears in the left corner.
Card ID
The card ID of the employee that was entered in the Profile view of the Card Information window appears at the top of the window.
Hire Date
This is the date the employee began working for your company. You entered this date in thePayroll Details view - Personal Details
Termination Date
If the employee has left your company, this is the employee's departure date. You entered this date in the Payroll Details view - Personal Details. (If you entered the Termination date, all accrual balances were cleared and all recurring paycheck information was deleted.)
Checkmark (Assign) column
Click in this column next to an accrual if you want to assign that accrual to an employee. The accruals you select will be displayed in the Pay Employee window and calculated on an employee's payroll transactions.
Click the checkmark button at the top of this column to mark all the accrual in the list. Click again to clear all marks from this column.
Accrual column
This column displays a list of all the accruals that have been set up in the Accrual Information window. All accruals are displayed, regardless of whether they've been assigned to the selected employee.
Click the zoom arrow next to the accrual in this column to open the Accrual Information window.
Carry-Over column
If you marked the Carry Remaining Leave Over to Next Year option in the Accrual Information window for a particular accrual, this column displays the amount (if any) that was carried over from the previous payroll year. You can change this amount if necessary.
Year-to-Date column
This column shows the amount of each accrual that the employee has accrued during the current payroll year, if applicable.
Total column
This column shows the total amount of each accrual that this employee has available; it is a total of the carryover amount and the year-to-date accrued amount.
Print button
Click this button to print the Accrual Balance [Detail] report.
Create New Payroll Category button
Click this button to open the Accrual Information window, where you can create a new employee accrual.
New button
Click this button to open a new Card Information window.
OK button
Click this button to accept the entries you've made in this window
