Month
This field displays the month you selected in the Analysis Selection window (Analyze Balance Sheet). If you selected Last Year's Actuals Only in the Analysis Selection window, this month is from the previous fiscal year. All other selections in the Analysis Selection window display a month in the current fiscal year.
List of accounts
The list displays the asset, liability and equity accounts in your accounts list.
Choose a level with the Up and Down buttons at the bottom of the window to determine the account levels you wish to see in this list.
List of amounts
The list displays the amounts associated with each of the accounts in the list on the left side of the window.
The amounts that appear in this list depend upon the selections you made in the Analysis Selection window (Analyze Balance Sheet).
Difference
The Difference column appears only if you selected Actuals vs. Budgets or This Year vs. Last Year in the Analysis Selection window.
The information displays as amounts (if you click the Dollar button below) or percentages (if you click the Percentage button below) and is associated with each of the accounts in the list on the left side of the window.
The column displays the difference between Actual and Budget or This Year and Last Year, based on the selection you made in the Analysis Selection window.
Print button
Click this button to print one of the following reports using the information displayed in the window. (Which report will print depends upon the selection you've made using Filters; see Filters button information below.):
Balance Sheet report
Balance Sheet [Budget Analysis] report
Balance Sheet [Last Year Analysis] report
Filters button
Click this button to open to the Analysis Selection window (Analyze Balance Sheet), where you can change the type of information that's displayed in this window -- actuals, budgets, this year and last year for example. Depending upon your selection in the window, you can display and print different types of analysis reports. (See Print button information above.)
Up and Down buttons
Click these buttons to indicate the number of account levels you wish to view.
Ledger button
Click the Ledger button when you're in the Graph view to return to the Ledger view.
This button appears only if you selected This Year's Actuals Only, Last Year's Actuals Only or Budgets Only in the Analysis Selection window.
Asset button
Click the Asset button to display a breakdown of your asset accounts in the Graph view.
This button appears only if you selected This Year's Actuals Only, Last Year's Actuals Only or Budgets Only in the Analysis Selection window.
Liability button
Click the Liability button to display a breakdown of your liability accounts in the Graph view.
This button appears only if you selected This Year's Actuals Only, Last Year's Actuals Only or Budgets Only in the Analysis Selection window.
Equity button
Click the Equity button to display a breakdown of your equity accounts in the Graph view.
This button appears only if you selected This Year's Actuals Only, Last Year's Actuals Only or Budgets Only in the Analysis Selection window.
Dollar button
Click the Dollar button to display the difference, in dollars, between the amounts displayed in the list in the top half of the window.
This button appears only if you selected Actuals vs. Budgets or This Year vs. Last Year in the Analysis Selection window.
Percent button
Click the Percent button to display the difference, as a percentage, between the amounts displayed in the list in the top half of the window.
This button appears only if you selected Actuals vs. Budgets or This Year vs. Last Year in the Analysis Selection window.
Close button
Click this button to close this window.
