Sale/Name/Purchase column
This column displays the names of the customers and vendors assigned to the transactions in the list. Click the zoom arrow in the Sale column to open the Sales window or the zoom arrow in the Purchase column to open the Purchases window, where the transaction was originally entered.
Inv/P.O. # column
This column displays the ID numbers of the sales or purchase order transactions in the list.
Promised Date column
This column displays the date that the transactions in the list were originally promised to your customers (for sales orders) or to your company (for purchases orders). This date was entered in the Promised Date field of the Sales or Purchases window.
Balance Due column
This column displays the amount of the receivable that will be due from your customer for this sales order if it becomes an actual invoice or the amount of the payable that will be due to your vendor for this purchase order if it becomes an actual bill.
Checkbox (Record as Actual) column
If you wish to record any of the sales or purchase orders in the list as actual transactions, click this column for those transactions, then click the Record as Actual button at the bottom of the window.
Click the gray box at the top of this column to mark all the transactions in the list. Click again to clear all marks from the Print column.
Print button
Click this button to print the To Do List - Orders to be Shipped & Received report.
Record as Actual button
Click this button after marking the action column of one or more sales or purchases orders in the list to record the transactions as actual invoices and bills. A dialog box appears which prompts you to enter a date for the transactions. If you want different dates for any transactions, mark and record them separately.

Click this button to leave this window.
