If you use Audit Trail tracking, mark this option if you want to purge all the Audit Trail log entries that were recorded during the previous fiscal year. (Changes and entries recorded by Audit Trail Tracking)

Purge Item Movement Entries

If you use multiple locations for inventoried items, mark this option if you want to purge all the item movement entries that were recorded during the previous fiscal year. (Moving inventoried items between locations)
