Budgets


You can track your business's financial progress by using a monthly budget for each of your detail accounts, including detail checking and detail credit card accounts. You can also set up budget shortcuts for an account so each month incorporates a regular increase in budget amounts. MYOB AccountEdge begins with the budgeted amount for the first month of your fiscal year and increases it by the amount or percentage you specify for each consecutive month.

Note:  The 13th period can't be budgeted

You can import budgets you have created in other software applications into MYOB AccountEdge. You can also export the budgets you create in MYOB AccountEdge and use it in other software applications or in other MYOB software company files.
