Regular data backups are strongly recommended!
Because computers -- like all machines -- are capable of failure, you need to ensure the information you enter into your computer is safe; without this security, all the information you've ever entered could disappear in a moment, never to be recovered. We strongly recommend that you back up your MYOB AccountEdge company file on a regular basis.
You can use the MYOB AccountEdge Back Up command to automatically create a backup of your company file, and you can use the MYOB AccountEdge Restore command to restore a backup file you previously created using the Back Up command. If you don't want to use the Back Up and Restore commands, other software applications are available to automate the entire process of making backups.
