Using Control/Click

Use Control/Click to view a list of menu options that are available for a window. The list of options varies according to the window you're using. Here's a general idea of the kinds of options that are available:

• Help for This Window and Tell Me How

• Undo, Cut, Copy, Paste, Calculator, Calendar and Search (Select from List) -- available in fields where you select or enter data.

• Add/delete a line and Add a header or Add a subtotal -- available in scroll area of sales and purchases

• Calendar -- available in date fields

• Calculator -- available in amount fields

• Erase -- available for new transactions

• Save as Recurring -- save selected transaction in Sales or Purchases Register as a recurring transaction

• Reverse/Delete (depends upon preference setting) -- available for recorded transactions and list entries

• Mark Active/Mark Inactive -- available for list entries

• Search -- opens the Select from List window

• Find Transaction -- opens Find Transaction window

• Customize windows -- edit menu and field properties available
