Some custom items may be on your workstations (Network Edition)

If you're using Network Edition -- keep in mind that if you're using the host computer to back up your files, any custom letters, forms and spreadsheets on the workstations on the network will not be included in the backup. You will need to back up those items separately on your workstations.
