Here are some hints for you to try if you encounter problems while sending forms or reports to your email or fax application or to a file on your hard disk.
Emailing graphics
If your form includes a logo or other graphic image, QuickTime 4 (or a newer version) must be installed on your computer in order for the graphic to appear in your emailed form.
Note: The recipient must have Adobe Acrobat Reader
If you experience problems when you attempt to fax a document from AccountEdge, your fax driver software may need to be updated. (Outdated fax drivers also can cause problems when you attempt to print reports and forms on your printer.) If you have trouble faxing, you should visit your fax software vendor's website to see whether an update is available.
If you're having difficulty sending a form or report to a file on a disk in an external disk drive, check to be sure the disk isn't write protected and has enough room for the form or report. If you're attempting to send the document to another computer on your network, be sure you've been given access privileges for that computer.
