Setting up an item is different from counting items during adjustments

If you're setting up an item that you inventory, the procedure for recording your items' initial quantities and values in AccountEdge is slightly different than the procedure for doing so using the Count Inventory window. If you want to set up an item, use the procedure To enter the item's opening quantity and value instead.
