The Stock view of the To Do List window provides a quick way to review a list of inventoried items that you'll need to order or build in the near future.
If you want an alert to appear in the To Do List window whenever the item's quantity on hand falls to a specified level, you'll first enter that information in the Buying Details view of the Item Information window for that item.
