Location1 is automatically created for you

One location in MYOB AccountEdge is entered automatically for you -- Primary Location; the location ID of the primary location is Location1. You can change the Location ID and Location Name of this location, if you want, but you can't delete it.

If you edit the ID of the primary location, the primary location will appear in your locations list in alphabetical order according to the new Location ID.

You can identify the primary location by the words Primary Location which are printed next to the Location ID field.

If you store your inventoried items in only one location, all of your items will be assigned automatically to the primary location. Because you have only one location for all of your items, all of your items will be sold from and shipped to the primary location; no location information will be included on sales and purchases.
