To auto-build an item (To Do List)

 

The To Do List window - Stock view should be displayed.

  1. Click the Stock tab to display a list of all your items that need to be restocked. (The list contains all finished items that need to be built, as well as all items that need to be purchased.)


  2. Click the zoom arrow to the right of the item's name if you want to view detail about a specific finished item.


  3. If you want to auto-build one or several of the finished items in the list, click the Action column for the items you want to build. (Auto-building items)


    Warning:  When you auto-build items using the To Do List, build transactions are recorded automatically, with no chance for review
  1. Click the Order/Build button.


  2. A dialog box appears which prompts you to enter a date for the transactions. If you want different dates for any transactions, mark and record them separately.
