To change an accrual
Note: This task requires single-user access. See Single-user file locking for more information.
The Payroll Category List window should be displayed.
Warning: Changing payroll categories affects all employees assigned those categories
- Click the Accruals tab to display a list of all existing accruals in the AccountEdge system.
- Highlight the accrual you want to change and click Edit to open the Accrual Information window.
- Make the changes that you need to the accrual.
- Click OK when you're finished.
