Try updating if you're having trouble with the Payroll Forms Service
If you get unexpected results or experience software problems while using the Payroll Forms Service, you can often solve your problems by updating your software. To keep everything working smoothly, always click Update Now to automatically install an update whenever the alert box appears. If you do this, you can be sure the latest system features are always available.
If you're experiencing trouble but haven't seen an update alert in awhile, click the Update Forms option in the Help menu on the Form Viewer window to obtain the latest software directly from the MYOB Payroll Forms Service.
