If you track inventory, you can't use Spend Money or Bank Register windows for item transactions

While you can record purchases and pay bills using several windows of MYOB AccountEdge, purchases that contain inventory can be entered and recorded in the Purchases - New Item window only. (To buy items from a vendor)

That is, if you record purchases using the Spend Money or Bank Register window the purchases must contain non-inventory items only.
