You're unable to print invoices that you've changed


It's likely that you need to change some settings in the Advanced Filters window. When you need to print a group of invoices, it's a good idea to make sure that only one selection box is checked so that you don't accidentally eliminate invoices that should be printed.

If you've made changes to a group of invoices that were already printed, first unmark the Unprinted or Unsent Sales Only box before you try to reprint the invoices. Then make sure you specify the correct date or number range. If you want to make sure all of your invoices print in a single batch, choose All as the Sale Status.
