Note that if you've opened the Purchases window and selected the vendor, any changes you make in the Card Information window won't affect the transaction currently displayed in the Purchases window -- only future purchases will be affected. If this is the case, click the zoom arrow that appears to the left of the credit terms in the Purchases window to update the transaction you're currently entering.
