List of comments |
The list displays all the comments in your BusinessBasics company file. If you want to change a comment, highlight it and click Edit. If you want to delete a comment, highlight it and select Delete Comment from the Edit menu. If you want to create a new comment, click New. |
New button |
Click this button to open the Edit Comments window and enter a new comment. |
Edit button |
Click this button after highlighting a comment in the list to display the Edit Comments window, where you can change the comment. If you want to delete a comment, highlight it and select Delete Comment from the Edit menu. |
Close button |
Click this button to close this window. |
