This field displays the current outstanding balance of the sales for the selected customer. To open the Analyze Receivables window and view a summary list of the transactions that make up this balance, click the zoom arrow. |
View |
Choose to view all jobs for this customer, jobs for this customer that are inactive, or jobs for this customer that are active. |
Job column |
This column displays each job's job number and description. |
Status |
This column indicates the percentage of each job that is complete. |
Net Profit (Loss) column |
This column shows the net profit or loss for each job at this time. |
Print button |
Click this button to print the Jobs List report for this card. |
New Job button |
Click this button to open the New Job - Job Information window, where you can record a new job for this customer. (Be sure to link the customer to the new job in the New Job - Job Information window.) |
Edit Job button |
Click this button open the Edit Job - Job Information window, where you can edit the selected job. |
New button |
Click this button to begin entering a new card in the Card Information window. |
