To remove a link to a picture

Linking a picture to an item record or card

  1. Highlight the item in the Items List window and click Edit.

  2. Click the Item Details tab.

  3. Double-click the picture field. The Picture Information window appears.

  4. Click Unlink.

  5. Click OK in the Picture Information window.

Note: This procedure removes the link between the card record and the graphic only.

The graphics file remains in the Graphics folder, which is located in the same directory as your MYOB BusinessBasics company file. If you haven't linked the graphic to any other card records, you may want to delete the graphics file. For information about deleting files, refer to the documentation for your computer's operating system.
