Making sales

In MYOB BusinessBasics, sales are transactions that indicate that items or services were sold to a customer. There are four layouts for sales:

• Item sales track the sale of items. (If you wish to create invoices that include both items and services, consider creating item records for the services you offer.)
• Service sales track the sale of services.
• Professional sales track the sales of services, as well as the dates each individual service was sold or performed.
• Miscellaneous sales track sales that don't require a printed invoice.
