The Job Opening Balances window allows you to enter or view opening balances, by account, for every job in the MYOB BusinessBasics system. If you started using BusinessBasics while a particular job was in progress, you could use this window to enter any account activity generated by the job so far. The entries you make in this window are used to print the Job Profit and Loss Statement; accurate, complete entries here will ensure useful job reports in the future.
