The MYOB BusinessBasics Restore command closes the company file you're currently using, decompresses an BusinessBasics backup file so you can use it, and opens the decompressed file. If you want, you can use other software programs, such as PKUNZIP, to decompress a backup instead of using the Restore command. Many other popular decompression programs will also restore your backup files.
