Advanced Filters window—Print Cheques

The Advanced Filters window - Print Cheques view allows you to customise cheques and filter the list of cheques you want to print.

Field Descriptions

Selected Bank Account

Select the cheque account the cheques will be drawn from.

The accounts in this list are only those that are a cheque or credit card account type.

Number of First Cheque in Printer

Enter the number of the first cheque that’s in your printer.

Cheque Type

Select the type of cheque you want to print.

Unprinted Cheques Only

Select this option if you want to print only the cheques you haven’t printed yet.

Note that if you selected the Already Printed option in the original transaction window, those cheques won’t be printed.

Cheques Dated From/to

Select this option and enter a range of dates if you want to print cheques for a specific period.

Cheque Numbers Between/and

Select this option and enter a range of cheque numbers if you want to print a specific set of cheques.

Selected Form for Cheque:

Select the layout you want to use to print the cheques. You can choose one of the following standard form layouts or any of the custom form layouts you may have created using the Customise Cheques window.

■	Continuous Feed Cheque: Select this layout if your cheques are printed on connected pages of cheques.

■	Laser Cheque: Select this layout if your cheques are printed using a laser printer, where individual pages of cheques are printed at a time.

Print Alignment Form

Click Print Alignment Form each time you want to test to your printer settings, to make sure your cheques are aligned correctly.

Customise

Click to open the Customise Cheques window, where you can change the layout of your cheques.

Cancel

Click to close the window without applying your selections.

OK

Click to apply the changes you’ve made in this window. The Review cheques Before Printing window reappears.
