To find the Applied Payment Details (sales) window



  1. Go to the Command Center menu, choose Banking and then choose Receive Money. In the Receive Money window the appears, select a customer card.

    Click Sales Register in the Sales Command Center; then click the Open Invoice tab. Select an open invoice and click Receive Payment to open the Receive Payments window.
    -- or --

    Click Sales Register in the Sales Command Center; then click the New Sale button to open the Sales Invoice window; enter or select a customer card.
  2. Enter a payment method in the Payment Method field.
  3. Click the Details button.
