Back Up button

We strongly recommend you make a backup copy of your company file before synchronizing. To do so, select the Back Up button. See To make a backup for more information.

Note: A backup of your Address Book is also recommended. Refer to Address Book documentation for assistance.

Reset Sync button

Click this button to reset the synchronization. The Reset Sync feature will reset the relationship between Address book and your Cards List so that both the Address Book and your Cards List will contain the same cards and the same cards details.

Cancel button

Click this button to close this window without saving any changes you made and return to the Cards List window.

Synchronize button

Click this button to start the synchronization process.
