Search

Enter the number of an item you wish to find in the scrolling list. If you can't remember the entire item number, enter as much of the number as you can remember; the scrolling list will display the item whose number most closely matches the numbers you typed.

# Found

This field displays the number of items that appear in the Items List for the selected tab.

Item Number/Name column

This column displays the items in the category whose tab you selected at the top of the window (all, sold, bought or inventoried). Both the name and number of each item are displayed. If you want to view more information about an item, click the zoom arrow next to the item's number.

Unit Price column

This column displays the current price you're charging for one selling unit of measure for each item listed in the Item column. This amount is entered in the Unit Price field of the Item Information window.

Print button

Click this button to print the Items List [Summary] report, which contains summary information about all the items in the FirstEdge system.

New button

Click this button to open the Item Information window, where you can create a new item record.

Edit button

Click this button after you've highlighted an item in the scrolling list to open the Item Information window, where you can change information about the item.

Close button

Click this button to close this window.
