To synchronize MYOB cards with the Address Book

Note: This feature is active only for OS 10.4 or higher.

Notes: Review your Cards List for duplicate entries before you synchronize cards

The Cards List window should be displayed.

1. Click the Sync Cards button. The Synchronize Cards window will appear.



2. We recommend that you back up your MYOB company file before each synchronization. (To make a backup)
   
   We also recommend that you back up your Address Book. (Check your Address Book documentation.)



3. Click the Synchronize button to start Address Book Sync.

Note: If you receive the Sync Alert: "FirstEdge would like to sync Contacts with Address Book and other applications"

4. A message appears to alert you when the process is complete.
