Changing or deleting a comment, shipping method or payment method
Comments, shipping methods and payment methods all can changed or deleted. Go to the Lists menu at the top of your screen and choose Sales Information. A submenu will appear; choose the kind of information you want to change and the Sales Information window will appear. Locate the comment or other item you want to change and highlight it. If you want to change the item, click Edit. To delete it, choose Delete <item> from the Edit menu.
Note that any change you make won't affect any transactions you've already recorded, but they may affect the default entries that appear on customer cards. Also, the comments and shipping methods are used for both sales transactions, and deleting them removes them from the Sales window.
