Task 2: Set up records for foreign currencies

AccountEdge software automatically create your local currency based on your computer settings.

If you do business in any currency other your local currency, you will need to create a new record for the currency. Enter its current exchange rate. Follow the instructions below.

1	Go to the Lists menu and choose Currencies. The Currencies List window appears.

2	Click New. The Currency Information window appears.

3	Enter details of the currency such as a code, name and current exchange rate.

At this stage, you only need to complete the Currency Profile tab.

4	Click OK and then Close.
