If you're printing labels for sales forms:

1. Click Print/Email Invoices in the Sales Command Center.
2. The window that appears is determined by whether or not you marked the Reports & Forms preference Always Display Advanced Filters Before Sending Forms:

• If you haven't marked the preference, the Review Labels Before Printing window appears.

• If you've marked the preference, the Advanced Filters windows appears. Make the appropriate selections in the Advanced Filters window and click OK to display the Review Labels Before Printing window.

If you're printing labels for cards:

1. Click Print Mailing Labels in the Card File Command Center.
2. The window that appears is determined by whether or not you marked the Reports & Forms preference Always Display Advanced Filters Before Sending Forms:

• If you haven't marked the preference, the Review Labels Before Printing window appears.

• If you've marked the preference, the Advanced Filters windows appears. Make the appropriate selections in the Advanced Filters window and click OK to display the Review Labels Before Printing window.
