If you also backed up your templates
If you backed up your templates along with your company file, your restored templates will be located in a folder named Temp Restore. You'll find this folder in the Applications/MYOB/AccountEdge NE folder. Notice that several folders, including Custom, Forms and Graphics, were created in this folder. (If these folders do not exist, the backup you restored contained a company file only. You will not be able to restore these custom items.)
- If you have any custom graphics associated with the restored company file, open the Graphics folder in the Temp Restore folder and move those files to the Library/Application Support/AccountEdge NE/Graphics folder on the host computer.
- If you have any custom forms, letters or spreadsheets, move them from their respective folders in the Temp Restore folder to the location of your AccountEdge program on the computer you're using (which is most likely the Applications/MYOB/AccountEdge NE folder).
