To handle a sale when you are warned a customer has exceeded the credit limit
If an alert message appeared while you were entering a new sale informing you the customer's credit limit has been exceeded or will be exceeded, you have two options. (See Handling a sale to a customer who has exceeded the credit limit to understand why the message appeared.)
- Record the new invoice despite the credit limit status.Click the Continue button.
If you received the Customer's credit limit has been exceeded message, you return to the Sales window, where you can resume entering the sale and record the sale.
If you received the Customer's credit limit will be exceeded message, the sale is recorded.

- Cancel the sale. Click the Cancel Sale button.
