Item Information window - History view

Item Number

The item number you entered in the Profile view appears in this field.

Item Name

The item name you entered in the Profile view appears in this field.

Fiscal Year

Click the right and left zoom arrows in this field to view sales history for this item from other fiscal years.

List of historical sales figures

This list displays the number of units purchased, the purchase amount, the number of units sold, the total sales amount and the total cost of sales amount for this item for past fiscal years, the current fiscal year and the next fiscal year. You can enter and change information for all months previous to the current month.

New button

Click this button to open a new Item Information window, where you can begin creating a new item.

OK button

Click this button to accept the entries you’ve made in this window.
