We strongly recommend that you back up your data on a regular basis

Because, as with all machines, computers are capable of failure, you need to ensure the information you enter into your computer is safe; without this security, all the information you've ever entered could disappear in a moment, never to be recovered. We strongly recommend that you back up your MYOB Plus company file on a regular basis.

You can use the MYOB Plus Backup command to automatically create a backup of your company file, and you can use the MYOB Plus Restore command to restore a backup file you previously created using the MYOB Plus Backup command. If you don't want to use the Plus Backup and Restore commands, other software programs are available that automate the entire process of making backups.
