The Plus company file is an element (file) inside a computer that stores all the information about your company that you've entered into Plus. This includes basic company information, transactions, accounts, customer information and so on.
If you plan to take advantage of Plus's multiuser capabilities, you can store your company file anywhere on your company's network that can be accessed by all the workstations used to run Plus.
