If you were unable to copy your forms using the Templates Upgrade Assistant

If for any reason you were unable to copy your forms using the MYOB Templates Upgrade Assistant, you will need to copy them manually. See "To copy your templates manually to MYOB Plus" in the Installation and Upgrade instructions that were included with your MYOB software.
