The MYOB ODBC Direct driver is a Windows-compatible component that enables access to your MYOB business information. When you install the driver, it acts as an interface between the MYOB database and other applications, interpreting requests and providing information from the database using the most popular database industry standard, Open DataBase Connectivity (ODBC). An unregistered version of MYOB ODBC Direct has been included with MYOB Plus 2004 (v13) or you can obtain a copy from the MYOB US website at http://www.myob.com/us/.

The MYOB ODBC Direct driver is compatible with MYOB Accounting versions 11 and later.
Note: Follow the following installation instructions only if MYOB ODBC Direct was included with MYOB Plus 2004 (v13). If you obtained a copy of MYOB ODBC Direct from the MYOB US website, please see the instructions that are available on the website.
MYOB ODBC Direct 3 is installed during the MYOB Plus 2004 (v13) installation process. To start using MYOB ODBC Direct 3, choose the option that fits your situation:
If you've already been using MYOB ODBC Direct with an earlier MYOB product, you'll be able to use MYOB ODBC Direct 3 as soon as you install Plus 2004 (v13).
If this is the first time you'll be using MYOB ODBC Direct, you'll first install Plus 2004 (v13). Then you'll perform an additional step in order to start using MYOB ODBC Direct 3.
After installing Plus 2004 (v13), choose Programs from the Start menu. From the Programs menu, choose MYOB Plus 2004 (v13) and then Install MYOB ODBC Direct v3.
Once you have installed the driver, we strongly recommend that you follow the instructions contained in the help file that is installed with the product to set up and test the driver.
