Use the Templates Upgrade Assistant to upgrade your custom forms, custom reports and letters to Plus 2004 (v13)

You can now upgrade your custom forms, custom reports and letters to your Plus 2004 (v13) folders using the new MYOB Plus Templates Upgrade Assistant.

If you've created custom forms, reports or OfficeLink templates using a previous version of MYOB software, those documents can be copied to your MYOB Plus 2004 (v13) folder using the Templates Upgrade Assistant.

The Templates Upgrade Assistant appears as an icon within the MYOB Plus folder. You can find this folder in the Programs folder on your Start menu. Select the icon to start the assistant.

Note:  You may need to copy forms manually if for any reason you were unable to copy your forms using the MYOB Templates Upgrade Assistant

To copy the templates manually, see the procedure "To copy your templates manually to MYOB Plus" in the Installation and Upgrade instructions that were included with your MYOB software.

Important: If you're working in a multiuser environment, your custom reports, forms and letters must be upgraded on every workstation that uses them, not just the workstation where the company file is located.

Important: Some custom reports created in an earlier version of Plus will not work. You may have to redo the customization.
