To find the Edit Custom List window



  1. Click Lists on the menu bar and then choose Custom Lists from the drop-down menu.
  2. From the sub-menu that appears, choose Items, Customers, Vendors, Employees or Personal.
  3. Select Custom List # 1, Custom List # 2 or Custom List # 3 from the list.
  4. Highlight an entry in the List Entry and then click either the Edit or New button.

-- OR (if you want to create only new custom list entries) --

  1. From the Card Details view of the Card Information window or the Item Details view of the Item Information window click the search arrow next to List # 1, List # 2 or List # 3.
  2. The Select from List window appears.
  3. Click the New button.
