Company file concepts

The Premier Accounting company file is an element (file) inside the computer that stores all the information that you've entered into Premier Accounting. This includes basic company information, transactions, accounts, customer information and so on.

If you plan to take advantage of Premier Accounting's multiuser capabilities, you can store your company file anywhere on your company's network where it can be accessed by all the workstations used to run Premier Accounting.
