To move a company file

 

Warning:  Moving a company file may cause problems for other users

  1. Exit MYOB Premier Accounting.


  2. Open Windows Explorer.


  3. Open the folder containing the file you want to move (probably the MYOB Premier Accounting folder). A list of the files in that folder appears.


  4. Drag the icon of the company file you want to move to the folder you want to move it to. Your company file is placed in that folder.
