Changes you make here do not affect the data in your company file

Any changes you make to a payroll tax form using the W-2 Preparer, W-2 Preparer Settings window or Payroll Tax Form Viewer will appear only on the forms that you change. The data in your Premier Accounting company file won't be changed.

If you use one of these windows to change a critical piece of information, you should be sure to make the same change in the window from which the information was derived. For example, if you change the EIN for your company in the W-2 Preparer Settings window, you should make a point of changing this information in the Company Information window too.
