An account's historical balances are the account's month-end balances for each month of the fiscal year before you began using MYOB Premier Accounting to track your business.
You don't have to enter historical balances for any of your accounts in Premier Accounting, but you might find this information useful if you want to compare the current month's account balances with the same month last year.
Historical balances can be entered for detail accounts only.
