Field

Description and Character Limits

*Emp. Co./Last Name

When importing, must match a preexisting employee card or vendor card in the MYOB Premier Accounting company file.

  • If a company name (no first name), 50 characters, alphanumeric.
  • If a last name, 30 characters, alphanumeric.

(If the card is an individual, Premier Accounting matches the last name, followed by a comma and a space and the first name.)

Emp. First Name

20 characters, alphanumeric

*Payroll Category

31 characters, alphanumeric

Job

15 characters, alphanumeric. When importing, must match a preexisting job in the MYOB Premier Accounting company file.

Cust. Co./Last Name

When importing, must match a preexisting customer card in the MYOB Premier Accounting company file.

  • If a company name (no first name), 31 characters, alphanumeric.
  • If a last name, 15 characters, alphanumeric.

(If the card is an individual, Premier Accounting matches the last name, followed by a comma and a space and the first name.)

Cust. First Name

15 characters, alphanumeric

Notes

255 characters, alphanumeric

Date

10 characters, alphanumeric. Follows date convention of your system. Allows any non-numeric as a separator between months, days and years.

*Units

11 characters, numeric, including 2 decimal places

*Required Field:  When importing, this field must have a valid matching import field.
