Premier Accounting uses a set of special Excel templates to display an MYOB Premier Accounting report in Microsoft Excel. These are installed when you indicate that you use Excel during the Premier Accounting installation process. (Find the templates in a folder named Spredsht which is located in your MYOB Premier Accounting folder.) Each Excel template is associated with a specific Premier Accounting report. You can modify these templates if you wish.
Warning: Use caution when modifying Premier Accounting Excel templates!
If you accidentally delete an OfficeLink template for your Excel reports or word processing program's letters, you can recreate that template by reinstalling the Premier Accounting program files. Any missing templates will be added when you reinstall Premier Accounting.
Any templates you've modified won't be replaced when you reinstall Premier Accounting. If you wish to replace a modified template by reinstalling Premier Accounting, you must first rename or delete the template you modified. (Refer to the documentation that accompanied your computer for information about renaming and deleting files using your computer's operating system.)
