To edit a completed form


The Select Payroll Tax Form window must be open.

  1. Click Saved at the bottom of the Select Payroll Tax Form window to open the Open Report window.


  2. Highlight the completed form that you want to work on and click Edit to display the form.


    A copy of the completed form will be created and displayed in the Payroll Form Viewer, where you may edit it.
  1. When you've finished editing the form, click the Save icon at the top of the window (or choose Save from the File menu).


    Note:  Changes you make here do not affect the data in your company file
  1. (W-2/W-3 Only) If you see a prompt to verify your data links, choose OK to save the draft and preserve all current data link settings.


  2. Choose Exit from the File menu.


  3. Confirm that you want to save the draft by clicking Yes in the Save Changes dialog. You will return to the Select Payroll Tax Form window.
