AccountEdge Plus v13 is now compatible with RTI (Real Time Information) which is a new way of reporting PAYE (Pay As You Earn).
Each time you pay your employees, be it weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly, or monthly, you will have to submit the payroll information to HMRC.
AccountEdge Plus will collect the necessary information and will send it, online, to HMRC. In this manner HMRC are advised about PAYE payments throughout the year, rather than at the end of the year when you currently submit your returns (P35’s and P14’s).
Prior to the beginning of a new payroll year, you will only have access to prepare the current reporting of the P35’s and P14 forms.
After you have begun your 2014 payroll year, you will have the option to select Full Payment Submission in the Payroll command centre.
