Form enhancements
The following options are available when customising your forms:

Invoice form shows Aged Balances
Ageing balance fields have been added to the invoice forms allowing customers to view the amounts due and accrued over several billing periods without having to wait for a statement. The new fields can be found in the Data Last Page group of customisable form fields.

Expanded text fields
When adding a text box to a customised form, the field size has increased to 1000 characters.
Additional changes to forms and reports:

The default font is now Tahoma.
■
Longer statement descriptions. The description fields on statements now wrap and show the entire text from memo fields.
■
Bolding of Headers and header descriptions. The Subtotal description and amount for the subtotal are available when a quote, order, invoice and bill is printed.
■
Printing on 2nd page. The text in the body of a sale or statement will wrap to the next page if it cannot fit on a single page.
Note that these changes will not affect previously customised forms.
When customising a form, the saved form will be saved in a supporting folder called
Custom Forms
located in Documents> AccountEdge Plus v13 GB by default (depending on the AccountEdge product being used).
